Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Welcome to Tanzania! Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by our friendly representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Spend the day leisurely, relaxing after your journey and preparing for the adventure ahead. In the evening, enjoy a briefing from your safari guide.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its vast herds of elephants and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy a game drive through this diverse park, observing wildlife such as lions, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of bird species. In the evening, relax at your lodge within or near the park.

Day 3: Tarangire – Lake Manyara National Park

Depart for Lake Manyara National Park after breakfast. This small yet scenic park is renowned for its tree-climbing lions, flamingos, and diverse ecosystems. Spend the day exploring the park and enjoying its spectacular views of the Rift Valley. Later, proceed to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to the world-famous Serengeti National Park. En route, pass through Ngorongoro Conservation Area and enjoy a picnic lunch. Once in the Serengeti, begin your first game drive in search of the Big Five and other wildlife. Arrive at your lodge in time for a sumptuous dinner.

Day 5: Full Day in Serengeti National Park

Spend the entire day exploring the Serengeti. Witness the incredible wildlife diversity, including lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and the Great Migration (season-dependent). Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush or return to the lodge for a hot lunch. Conclude the day with an optional sundowner experience.

Day 6: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After a morning game drive and breakfast, head towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Stop at a Maasai village to learn about their culture and traditions. Arrive at your lodge situated on the crater rim, offering stunning views of the caldera.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater Tour

Today, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to an astonishing variety of wildlife, including rhinos, lions, hyenas, and flamingos around the soda lake. Enjoy a picnic lunch within the crater before returning to your lodge.

Day 8: Ngorongoro – Lake Eyasi

Drive to Lake Eyasi, a lesser-known destination offering cultural interactions with the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes. Spend the day learning about their traditional hunting and gathering practices. Enjoy a relaxed evening by the serene lake.

Day 9: Lake Eyasi – Arusha

After breakfast, drive back to Arusha with a stop at a local market or craft center for souvenirs. Arrive in the afternoon and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Celebrate the end of your safari with a farewell dinner.

Day 10: Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight. If time permits, opt for a city tour or shopping in Arusha before your transfer. End your safari with unforgettable memories of Tanzania’s northern circuit.
