Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

You’ll arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where your guide will greet you and transfer your family to a comfortable lodge in Arusha, such as Arusha Coffee Lodge, to relax and prepare for the exciting adventure ahead.

Day 2: Explore Arusha National Park

You’ll explore Arusha National Park with a thrilling walking safari and canoeing experience (weather permitting), spotting giraffes, zebras, and colobus monkeys before returning to your lodge for the night.

Day 3: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Takes you to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its iconic baobab trees and large herds of elephants. After an afternoon game drive and a picnic lunch, you’ll unwind at a family-friendly lodge like Tarangire Safari Lodge.

Day 4: Tarangire National Park to Lake Manyara National Park

The journey continues to Lake Manyara National Park, where you’ll discover diverse habitats teeming with wildlife, including tree-climbing lions and colorful flamingos. You’ll also have the chance to visit a local Maasai village to learn about their culture, before spending the night at Marera Valley Lodge.

Day 5 and 6: Lake Manyara National Park to Serengeti National Park

Will immerse you in the Serengeti’s stunning landscapes, where endless plains host the iconic Big Five and, during the season, the breathtaking Great Migration. With morning and afternoon game drives and a picnic lunch amidst nature, you’ll soak in the magic of the Serengeti before relaxing at Serengeti Serena Lodge.

Day 7: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

You’ll head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, descending into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. Here, you’ll encounter a rich variety of wildlife, including rhinos, lions, and flamingos, and enjoy a picnic lunch by a tranquil hippo pool before settling in at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.

Day 8: Cultural Experience in Karatu Area

Offers a cultural experience in Karatu, where you’ll visit a local farm or school and engage in activities such as coffee roasting or traditional cooking, providing a unique and educational experience for the whole family. You'll retire at Foresight Eco Lodge.

Day 9: Lake Eyasi Visitation (Hadzabe and Datoga Tribe)

You may opt for a visit to Lake Eyasi, home to the Hadzabe tribe, where you’ll gain insight into their hunter-gatherer lifestyle through a fascinating cultural interaction. You'll overnight at the same lodge.

Day 10: Karatu to Arusha 

Finally, you’ll return to Arusha, stopping at local craft markets to pick up souvenirs before transferring to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight, concluding an unforgettable family safari filled with adventure, discovery, and cherished memories.
